about

With these original compositions I tried to create the rhythms and polyphony of secular medieval & Renaissance music, and the sounds of period instruments; they are not studied, academic works by any means.

The songs were mostly written and produced around the time of the Winter Solstice, when snow might be falling and some reveling is needed to keep the cold at bay and the spirits high. Sometimes, a somber mood might find its way in, as winter is a good time to reflect on the world and our place in the grand scheme of things.
